Elia Villa in Chamalevri, Rethymno, was built for tourist use: a single-storey villa with a loft and pool, on a steel frame with a thermal façade for energy performance. Selected parts of the façades are clad in beige natural stone.

Inside are five bedrooms with private bathrooms and an open-plan living-kitchen. All joinery was custom made after a detailed 3D study.

Outside, a pool, fully equipped BBQ and dining area complete the villa’s hospitality.
