Villa Andriano is a two-storey villa for tourist use in Maroulas, Rethymno, blending modern design with traditional elements — natural stone integrated into the architecture.

The steel load-bearing frame allows large openings, while the façades are clad in natural stone with thermal façade in selected areas and specialist waterproofing.

The study covered interior design, lighting and every piece of joinery — kitchen, wardrobes, bathroom furniture — designed specifically for the project. Outside: a pool and outdoor BBQ kitchen.
