Cosmos Luxury Villa began as the renovation of an old apartment building in Stalida, Heraklion — transformed, across every room of the property, into a luxury villa with a pool.

Inside: five bedrooms with private bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a small private pool in one of the bedrooms, lit from above through an atrium.

Outside we built a large pool, a sunken outdoor lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped BBQ and a gym. Earthy tones with touches of terracotta run through every space, giving the house a warm, coherent identity.
