A contemporary complex of two luxury villas in Latzimas, Rethymno. Each home spans 300 m² with its own 110 m² private pool.

Natural stone cladding on part of the façades is paired with a modern thermal façade; perimeter stone walls and rich planting secure privacy and tie the houses into the landscape. Custom sliding garage gates follow the same design language.

Each villa has a covered BBQ, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, WC, shower, outdoor lounge and an open-air gym. Inside, every piece of furniture is a custom build, with carefully chosen fabrics, textures, natural woods and bespoke lighting.
