Villa Zeus in Kalonyktis, Rethymno, was designed and built as a complex of five independent homes with a basement, for tourist use. The basement and ground floor are reinforced concrete; the upper floors rest on a steel space-frame.

The façades are clad in natural stone and timber windows give a traditional character. Inside: five kitchens, five living rooms, ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
